Shipping & Returns Policy

Pain Fix Protocol Program:

Our goal is for every member to achieve maximum benefit from this program and we have put a team of resources in place to help ensure that outcome. However, we also recognize that this program may not sufficiently address each person’s situation and unique circumstances. Because of this, we offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee for the Pain Fix Protocol Program. If, at any point during your first 30-days, you realize that this program is not for you, simply notify our customer service team at [email protected] and they will be happy to arrange a full refund for you.

Active Traction Unit (ATU):

The Active Traction Unit  (ATU) comes with a 14-day money back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your ATU for any reason during this time period simply notify our customer service team at [email protected] Please note, return shipping and any costs associated with it are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note the following conditions for Refunds apply:

  • Return shipping fees and costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
  • The fee for Shipping Fee for International orders is non-refundable. Only the cost of the ATU will be refunded in these instances.
  • Returned Active Traction Units must be shipped in their original packaging unless allowances are provided in advance by Pain Fix Protocol.
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to use a shipping service that allows for tracking and delivery confirmation.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the ATU has arrived at our facility and has been inspected for damage.
  • Returned products with damage of any type or showing any signs of hard or inappropriate usage will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will only be made to the original purchaser and to the original instrument of purchase (i.e. bank card) used in the initial purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

Pain Fix Pillow:

The Pain Fix Pillow is guaranteed to be free of any material or craftsmanship defects. Pain Fix Protocol will repair or replace the item if it is found to be defective. You should inspect your pillow immediately after receiving it – before sleeping on it. If you’re not happy with your Pain Fix Pillow for any reason, simply notify our customer service team at [email protected] Please note, return shipping and any costs associated with it are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note the following conditions for Refunds apply:

  • We are prohibited, by law, from reselling used bedding: therefore, it’s imperative that you comply with this law by not using the product in question that you wish to return.
  • Due to bedding law regulations & the hypoallergenic nature of this product, pillows that have been used, laundered, or are not in original packaging are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Bedding is classified as a personal item: it must not be used or laundered to qualify for a return.
  • “Used” is defined as any length of time you have personally used the product.
  • We strongly recommend keeping the item in its original packaging/box and far away from any strong smelling scents including perfume/cologne, hair products, plug-in air fresheners, strongly scented hand creams or soaps, and other perfumed body care products.
  • Any product returned with a “personal odor” will be considered “used” and will not be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will only be made to the original purchaser and to the original instrument of purchase (i.e. bank card) used in the initial purchase.

Supplements:

For nutritional supplement purchases, we offer a 30-day refund window only on unopened supplements.  Any opened supplements are not eligible for refunds at any time. For refunds on unopened supplements, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. If you purchase supplements along with an online program, or if you receive supplements as a bonus gift when purchasing a program, the online program guarantee and the supplement guarantee are two separate policies. (See #1 above for our refund policy on online programs. See #2 above for our refund policy on nutritional supplements.) If you ask for a refund on a program after receiving supplements in your purchase package, you must also return the supplements unopened and unused in order to receive a full refund.  If supplements have been opened, used, or are not returned to us, you will be charged for the cost of those supplements.

Shipping:

 

  • All shipping rates are an estimate and are determined by the individual carriers, NOT Pain Fix Protocol. They are subject to change at any time.
  • All shipments that are sent express are sent through FedEx. FedEx will collect any potential customs fees. Pain Fix Protocol is NOT responsible for these extra expenses
  • FedEx will not deliver to PO boxes ONLY physical street addresses.
  • If you refuse the package sent through FedEx,  you will be charged the return fee. Pain Fix Protocol is NOT responsible for covering these fees.
