Glucosamine Sulphate

Glucosamine is a naturally-occurring sugar molecule found in the synovial fluid that surrounds your joints. Its’ main job is to preserve the integrity and health of your cartilage. [56] The problem is that with age, the level of glucosamine inside your joints diminishes –  this seems to open the door for joint degeneration.   Studies on glucosamine sulphate supplementation have demonstrated that it can:

Chondroitin Sulphate

Chondroitin is a natural substance that’s found in your body’s cartilage and connective tissue. Like hyaluronic acid, it helps these highly moveable tissues retain water to ensure elasticity & smooth motion.
